Komugi Ramen

I have never had better ramen than what I just had. And probably never will!! The only word I have to describe my experience is *phenomenal*.The broth, add ons, and meat were PERFECT! There's art by the employees and customers, giving the place a super fun vibe, and lovely mood lighting that makes it really comfortable to sit, chat, and best of all, enjoying the meal. When I realized my soup was missing one of the toppings I asked for, the mistake was quickly rectified and the owner delivered it herself, with a little japanese candy for me as an apology. I truly felt that I was valued as a customer! I didn't get the name for the owner, but she and Heather, our server, really made our visit. We had a few modifications to our meals, and Heather went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a great little convo with her in between bites, and was really involved with our satisfaction. As the cherry on top, we got a cute little sticker after we got our cards back. Adorable!! This place literally deserves a 10 star rating. Unfortunately I'm only visiting Tennessee, so it's unlikely I'll revisit in the near future, but if I ever come back, this will be the main dinner event!! And for the staff: thank you again! You made my night!

Dined here for the first time a week ago and we will definitely be back! Delicious ramen, very flavorful broth. We had takoyaki and our server was very kind to give us a heads up that these will be super hot! The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that after being asked if we wanted our ramen spicy and saying yes, it was not spicy at all. I also didn’t realize getting it spicy was going to be an extra $1. Thankfully, our waiter gave us some gochujang. Also, they only serve half an egg with the ramen and I’m used to getting two halves/one full egg :) All in all, would recommend and will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Komugi Ramen! The restaurant was spotless and had a warm, welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. What really made the visit stand out was our waitress, he was incredibly kind and impressively knowledgeable about the menu. He guided us with thoughtful recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly spot with authentic flavors and attentive service, Komugi Ramen is a must-visit!

Update: Complete new staff so maybe the team went to start another store. Taste is good and they added more options, like you can custom order to your taste. Had the spicy miso with teriyaki chicken which was delicious. They also added kids menu items. Happy to have a Ramen restaurant near the house. Food is good and the service awesome. Their focus and delivery is very good. Wish they had more appetizers on the menu. Their Ramen noodles are aldente and hold the broth well. Great chew and delicious. I wish the broth had more taste to it. It is delicious but missing a little more depth. Beautiful presentation. Order is delivered relatively quickly after ordering. The take out option is awesome and their bowl is designed for delivery. Noodles are separated from the broth so you can combine them together when you get home.

The BEST Vegan ramen I’ve had in… ever? The restaurant is not only vegan, but my family (picky kids included) is so in love with the vegetarian ramen that just happens to also be fully plant based! Everything is so fresh and their to-go packing is 10/10! The container is two layered with the liquid on the bottom alone, which prevents the toppings from getting soggy and also maintains the temperature. Also, Keith in the front is so knowledgeable and welcoming. We’ll be back!

Food was delicious, and the staff was so lovely! We went in on a Tuesday night, so it was pretty quiet. We ordered 4 apps and 4 entrees for our party if 4 and tried a bit of everything. We were served promptly and everything came out hot and very fresh. The takoyaki and the calamari were my favorite apps - perfect flavor balance, perfect texture, and reasonably priced. We tried the chashu bowl, which was perfectly seasoned. The ramen eggs were absolutely a highlight of the experience. The owner came over to chat with us a bit and brought some chili oil to try, which was such a lovely addition to the ramen bowls. We tried the tonkatsu ramen, the beef short rib ramen, and the tori ramen - all excellent. My only slight disappointment was the dessert. They have a selection of 5 different mini cheesecakes. They were perfectly fine, but after several appetizers and entrees that absolutely packed in the flavor, the cheesecake was a bit lackluster and didn't hold up to all of the delicious flavors that preceded it. Overall, the staff was lovely, and the food was awesome. We will most definitely be visiting again soon!

Definitely would recommend eating here! The food was amazing and came out quickly, but the service really stood out. Our waiter Keith was hilarious, super friendly, and made us feel so welcome. Great atmosphere and great service all around!

Pur experience was so wonderfully positive. Our waiter (i can't remember his name) was so funny and informative! He made our experience a very memorable one! The food was tasty and brought out to us very quickly. We will DEFINITELY be back!
